ELAiKOS is a family-run business, driven by passion, love, and sustainable practises. Based in the seaside village of Nea Peramos in Northern Greece, our olive groves produce a unique extra virgin olive oil with each year’s harvest.

We follow climate change mitigation and adaptation practices in the cultivation of olive trees.

We fight weeds on the farm without pesticides but only with mowing.

Early harvest from early to mid-October of yellowish-green (to purple) healthy fruits.

Storage in an air-conditioned room, at a constant temperature, in stainless steel tanks with the addition of nitrogen.
