Our olive oil contains a high concentration of polyphenols, which help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress, according to Regulation 432/2012 of the European Union.

To maintain the flavor and valuable nutrients of the olive oil, it is recommended to store it:

• In a dark and cool place, away from heat sources.
• In a well-sealed container, to prevent exposure to air.
• In a container with as little oxygen as possible, to slow down oxidation.

Extra virgin olive oil is a natural product, and its taste, aroma, and color may vary slightly from harvest to harvest, depending on weather conditions and the time of harvesting. This natural variation is a sign of its authenticity.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns, as olive oil is classified as a perishable food item, and its proper storage after delivery cannot be guaranteed. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as a damaged or incorrect product), please contact us, and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Olive oil remains fresh for at least 18–24 months from the date of production, as long as it is stored properly. If it develops an intense bitter or rancid taste and an unpleasant odor, it has likely oxidized due to improper storage.

Our olive oil is available in glass bottles, metal tins, and certified Bag-in-Box packaging, all designed to protect the product from oxidation and light exposure.

Extra virgin olive oil is perfect for both raw consumption and cooking. It has a high resistance to heat, making it an excellent choice for sautéing, baking, and frying, without losing its beneficial properties.
