Olive oil falls under the category of perishable food products, which are subject to strict handling and storage regulations to maintain their optimal condition. According to European and Greek legislation, food products are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Article 3ib of Directive 2011/83/EU) as they cannot be returned and resold for reasons of hygiene and safety.
This is because once a food product leaves our controlled storage and distribution environment, we cannot guarantee that it has been stored and handled properly by the customer. Olive oil is highly sensitive to light, temperature, and air, and improper storage can alter its flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.
For this reason, we do not accept returns of products that have already been delivered, as we cannot verify the storage conditions in which they were kept after shipment.
The cancellation of an order is possible only if it has not already been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check the shipping status and proceed with the necessary actions.
What happens if there is an issue with your order?
Although the right of withdrawal does not apply to our products, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damage or errors during shipping.
✔ If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos and a description of the issue.
✔ If you receive the wrong product or there is a missing item in your order, we will promptly correct the issue by sending the correct product or offering compensation where necessary.
